Terms of use & Marketplace agreement

1.Defination

“Platform” means FindAnyAgent.ae and associated applications, tools, and services. “User” means any individual or entity accessing the Platform including web users, agent, agency, consultant, company, developer, AI provider, or professional listing services.

“Content” means listings, text, images, AI outputs, communications, and uploaded materials.

“Subscription” means any paid plan offering enhanced visibility or features.

“Regulated Service” means any service requiring government approval, licensing, or regulatory authorization under UAE law.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If acting on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.

3.Nature of the Platform

FindAnyAgent operates solely as a neutral technology marketplace infrastructure. We provide visibility and discovery tools and facilitate introductions and communication. We do NOT act as broker, agent, fiduciary, insurer, advisor, financial intermediary, or regulated professional. No partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship is created.

4.Restrictions on Use of The Platform

You agree that you shall NOT:

Use the Platform if you are under eighteen (18) years of age or lack legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purpose. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to:

The Platform;
Any user account;
The server infrastructure;
Databases or systems connected to the Platform.

Interfere with, damage, disable, overload, or disrupt:

The Platform;
Any Content;
Any network, software, or infrastructure used in providing the Platform.

Knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, malware, ransomware, or any technologically harmful material.

Impersonate any individual, business, regulator, or licensed professional.

Misrepresent:

Licensing credentials;
Regulatory approvals;
Professional qualifications;
Property permits or documentation.

Use the Platform to:

Submit fake inquiries;
Harass Service Providers or Clients;
Circumvent subscription or payment systems;
Generate unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional messages.

Harvest, collect, scrape, or extract user data, contact details, listings, or Content for unauthorized commercial use.

Use manual methods or automated systems including:

Bots;
Crawlers;
Scrapers;
Scripts;
Data mining tools

To copy, index, monitor, or reproduce any portion of the Platform.

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, resell, license, or commercially exploit the Platform or its Content without prior written consent.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or attempt to derive source code, underlying structure, or proprietary algorithms of the Platform.

Attempt to manipulate:

Ranking systems;
Reviews;
Visibility algorithms;
Engagement metrics.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Remove Content;
Suspend or terminate accounts;
Restrict access to the Platform;
Initiate legal proceedings;
Report unlawful activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

We may cooperate fully with authorities and disclose information as required by applicable law.

5.Account Registration & Security

Users may browse certain areas of the Platform without registration. However, to access specific features — including listing services, posting properties or projects, subscribing to paid plans, contacting Service Providers, or receiving leads — you must create a registered account (“Account”). During registration, you may be required to:

Select your role (e.g., Client or Service Provider);
Provide identification and contact information;
Submit professional or licensing documentation (where applicable);
Verify your email address and/or mobile number.

FindAnyAgent reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional documentation before activating an Account.

You agree that all information submitted during registration and throughout your use of the Platform shall be:

True
Accurate
Current
Complete

If any information becomes inaccurate, misleading, expired, or incomplete, you must promptly update your Account details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that contain false, misleading, or unverifiable information.

Certain roles, including regulated Service Providers, may be required to submit:

Trade licenses
Regulatory permits
Professional certifications
Identification documents

“Verified” status, badges (pro and elite, etc.), or subscription benefits do not constitute regulatory endorsement by FindAnyAgent.

We do not guarantee ongoing validity of submitted documentation.

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials;
All activity conducted under your Account;
Ensuring secure access to your devices.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

If you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or security breach of your Account, you must notify us immediately.

FindAnyAgent shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts where:

Fraud or misrepresentation is suspected;
Regulatory non-compliance is detected;
Platform integrity is threatened;
These Terms are breached.

Suspension may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

You may request deletion of your Account by contacting: info@FindAnyAgent.ae

Deletion requests are subject to:

Ongoing contractual obligations;
Regulatory retention requirements;
Dispute resolution needs.

Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

All personal data provided during Account creation, verification, or use of the Platform shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

6.Subscription, Payments, & Refunds

Certain features of the Platform require payment of subscription fees. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

Fees may vary depending on:

Subscription tier (e.g., Verified, Pro, Elite);
Promotional offers;
Add-on services;
Custom enterprise agreements.

All payments made to FindAnyAgent are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, without limitation:

Subscription fees;
Upgrade fees;
Promotional placements;
Featured listings;
Badge-related fees;
Add-on services;
Setup or onboarding fees.

We do not provide refunds for:

Partial subscription periods;
Unused features;
Lack of leads or inquiries;
Business performance outcomes;
Account suspension resulting from breach of Terms.

Subscriptions provide enhanced exposure and platform features only.

They do not guarantee:

Leads;
Revenue;
Ranking position;
Client engagement;
Business success.

If your Subscription includes automatic renewal:

It will renew at the end of each billing cycle;
You may cancel prior to renewal through your account dashboard;
No refunds will be issued for renewal charges once processed.

Refunds, if granted, shall be issued solely at FindAnyAgent’s discretion and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy.

7.Regulatory & Licensing Responsibility

Users offering Regulated Services confirm that they hold valid licenses and approvals and comply with UAE laws.

FindAnyAgent does not independently verify regulatory compliance and assumes no liability for regulatory breaches.

8.User Content & License Grant

Users retain ownership of their Content but grant FindAnyAgent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote such Content for Platform operation and marketing purposes.

9.Prohibited Conduct

Users may not post false information, submit fraudulent documents, scrape or reverse engineer the Platform, circumvent subscriptions, use bots without authorization, or upload unlawful content.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

10.Subscriptions & Badges

Subscriptions may provide enhanced visibility, badges, analytics, or priority placement.

Visibility may be influenced by subscription tier, engagement metrics, and platform algorithms. Subscriptions DO NOT guarantee leads, ranking permanence, or business success.

11.Automated Ranking & Profiling

The Platform may use automated systems to rank listings, personalize recommendations, and optimize visibility. Ranking is dynamic and algorithm-driven.

12.AI Services Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice. Users rely on AI outputs at their own risk.

13.Communication Tools & Call Recording

The Platform may provide messaging, call tracking, forwarding, and recording features where legally permitted. FindAnyAgent is not responsible for communication between users.

14.No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, insurance, real estate, or other professional advice.

15.Marketplace Risk Allocation

All transactions occur directly between users. FindAnyAgent is not a party to such agreements and assumes no liability for third-party conduct or service outcomes.

16.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties including accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.

17.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, FindAnyAgent shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of AED 1,000 or total fees paid in the preceding six months.

18.Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold FindAnyAgent harmless from claims arising from their Content, services, regulatory violations, or breach of this Agreement.

19.Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, design, colors, logos, images, and structure are owned by FindAnyAgent.

Unauthorized copying, scraping, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

20.Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts for fraud, misconduct, regulatory violations, or breach of these Terms.

21.Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control including government action, telecom failures, cyber attacks, or natural disasters.

22.Data Protection & PDPL Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with UAE PDPL.

Users receiving personal data act as independent data controllers and must comply with PDPL obligations.

23.Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

24.Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

25.Assignment

FindAnyAgent may assign this Agreement in connection with restructuring or acquisition. Users may not assign without consent.

26.Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties regarding Platform use.

27.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by UAE law. Disputes shall be subject to UAE courts.

Referral Program Terms

1.Overview

FindAnyAgent may, at its sole discretion, offer a referral program (“Referral Program”) allowing eligible users (“Referrers”) to earn incentives by referring new users to the Platform through a unique referral link or referral code.

Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Referral Terms in addition to the general Terms of Use.

2.Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

Have an active and valid FindAnyAgent Account;
Be in good standing and not in breach of the Terms;
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.Referral Links & Codes

Eligible users may receive:

A unique referral link;
A referral code.

Referrers are responsible for safeguarding their referral credentials and must not:

Misrepresent affiliation with FindAnyAgent;
Use referral links in misleading, deceptive, or unlawful ways;
Post referral links on spam platforms or through unsolicited communications.

4.Qualified Referrals

A referral will be considered valid (“Qualified Referral”) only if:

The referred user is a new user who has not previously registered;
The registration is completed using the valid referral link or code;
Any required subscription purchase is completed and payment is successfully processed;
The referred account remains active and compliant.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts, or manipulated sign-ups will not qualify.

5.Referral Rewards

Referral rewards, if applicable, may include:

Account credits;
Commission payments;
Subscription discounts;
Other promotional incentives.

Rewards will only be granted after verification and may be subject to:

Minimum subscription value;
Payment clearance;
Cooling-off period.

FindAnyAgent reserves the right to modify reward structures at any time.

6.Payment of Commissions (If Applicable)

Where monetary commissions are offered:

Payments may be subject to minimum payout thresholds;
Payouts may require submission of valid identification and banking details;
Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.

FindAnyAgent may withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

7.Prohibited Conduct

Referrers may not:

Create fake accounts;
Refer themselves or entities under their control;
Use automated systems or bots;
Make misleading earnings claims;
Engage in spam, paid traffic fraud, or incentivized sign-ups without authorization.

Violation may result in:

Forfeiture of rewards;
Account suspension;
Permanent removal from the Referral Program;
Legal action where applicable.

8.Modification or Termination

FindAnyAgent reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time;
Adjust reward amounts or qualification criteria;
Disqualify referrals deemed fraudulent or abusive.

Participation in the Referral Program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

9.No Guarantee of Earnings

The Referral Program does not guarantee:

Any specific income;
Any minimum number of referrals;
Continued availability of rewards.

10.Relationship of Parties

Participation in the Referral Program does not create:

An employment relationship;
A joint venture;
An agency or partnership.

Referrers are responsible for their own actions and outcomes. FindAnyAgent shall not be liable for:

FindAnyAgent shall not be liable for:

Tracking errors;
Technical interruptions;
Referral misattribution due to browser settings, cookie restrictions, or user actions.

All referral tracking decisions made by FindAnyAgent are final.

General Provisions

1.Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or content, including within listings. These links are provided for convenience only. FindAnyAgent does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, services, or content. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

2.Linking to the Platform

You may link to the Platform provided the link is lawful, fair, and does not damage our reputation. You may not frame the Platform or imply endorsement, partnership, or approval by FindAnyAgent where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission at any time.

3.Communications

You may contact us at Info [at] FindAnyAgent.ae. We may contact you using the email address associated with your Account.

4.Security & Viruses

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for securing your own devices and using appropriate antivirus and security software.

5.Force Majeure

FindAnyAgent shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including government actions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

6.Other Agreements

These Terms operate in addition to any other agreements you may have with FindAnyAgent. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

7.Assignment

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring. Your rights under these Terms will not be materially affected.

8.No Third-Party Rights

These Terms are between you and FindAnyAgent only. No third party shall have any right to enforce any provision.

9.Waiver

Any delay or failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

10.Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.International Access

The Platform is intended for use in jurisdictions where we operate. We do not guarantee that the Platform complies with laws outside those jurisdictions.

12.Language

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.

13.Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
