FindAnyAgent App Complex LLC acts as a Data Controller for personal data processed for account management, platform operation, and analytics.

Service Providers receiving Personal Data through the Platform act as independent Data Controllers and are solely responsible for their own compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We may collect Identity Data, Contact Data, Professional & Licensing Data, Listing Data, Communication Data (including messaging and call logs), Payment Data (processed via third-party processors), Technical Data, Behavioural Data, and AI Interaction Data.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we ensure such interests do not override your fundamental rights.

We use Personal Data to operate the Platform, verify licenses, facilitate communication, route leads, improve services, conduct analytics, ensure regulatory compliance, and send marketing communications where consent has been provided.

The Platform may use automated systems to rank listings, personalize recommendations, segment users, or optimize visibility.

Ranking may be influenced by subscription level, engagement metrics, user behaviour, and algorithmic analysis.

You have the right to request information regarding automated processing and to object where applicable under PDPL.

The Platform may host AI-powered tools or AI service providers.

AI-generated outputs may not be human-reviewed and may contain inaccuracies.

AI interactions may be logged for quality, improvement, and security purposes.

AI outputs do not constitute professional advice.

Where legally permitted, calls may be recorded for quality, security, or training purposes.

Users will be notified where required by law.

Recordings are retained for limited periods and securely stored.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, security, and marketing purposes.

You may manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.

We may share Personal Data with Service Providers, technology vendors, payment processors, analytics providers, affiliates, regulatory authorities, and potential acquirers in corporate restructuring.

Once Personal Data is shared with a Service Provider through an inquiry or communication, that provider becomes independently responsible for its processing.

FindAnyAgent is not responsible for downstream processing activities conducted by independent Service Providers.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors.
